Courses

Total Training offers a range of training options. The most popular is our small group training. We regularly run standard topics such as MYOB, Word, Excel, Access etc, but can create a course specific for your group's needs. These courses can range in complexity from an introductory level, through intermediate levels to advanced levels.

Small Group Training consists of a group of between four and eight people at similar levels gaining skills in a subject area. As each participant has their own computer, it is very hands on. During each skill (competency) area of the subject you will be provided with some brief theory, some guided exercises followed by some time to practice the new skills on your own to allow you to internalise it. All training is instructor lead and many real life experiences are relayed. This is backed up with a comprehensive workbook and CD to allow you to practice your new skills at home or the office.

One-On-One training is designed to impart specific skills in a subject area. It is ideal for those who have already achieved a level of competency in a subject but need a little guidance in some particular areas. This can be done at our premises or yours.

Consultancy services consist of analysing your specific needs and providing assistance to develop, coordinate and implement the agreed actions to achieve our goals. This can be as simple as developing template documents through web-site/email issues to complex database and accounting solutions.
